Atlanta's Pink Palace: $20 millionAtlanta's Rhodes Robinson Mansion in Buckhead is available for $20 million. Built in 1926, the six-bedroom residence is known locally as the Pink Palace for the one-time color of the exterior. The house was designed by Atlanta architects Neel Reid and Philip Schutze for the Rhodes Furniture family and is styled after a small baroque building in Venice, Italy. The home recently underwent extensive renovation that upgraded all aspects of the interior and helped significantly reduce utility costs.
