The recently completed, environmentally-friendly Project7Ten House in Venice, Calif., is now for sale on eBay. The house earned its LEED certification with solar panels, gray water recycling, Energy Star appliances, radiant heating and the use of locally available green materials.

The house sits on a shaded 5,400 square foot lot. The main house has 3,440 square feet. There is an additional 425 square feet above a detached garage. The starting bid for the furnished-home is $2,850,000.
