507 Unit Cima to Grace Miami Waterfront![]() Construction is expected to begin by the end of November on the 52-story Cima condominium tower on the north shore of the Miami River, near Biscayne Bay. Cima is one of two condominiums that will make up the 13.5 acre River Front project. Condominiums in Cima will range from 930 to 1,803 square feet. Prices will start at about $330,000. Cima amenities include the Double Height Riverclub (shown above), which is billed as an "urban oasis" in the sky. It will feature reflection pools, sculpture fountains and a wellness pavilion.
